In Comprehensive Research Collaborations we apply our Molecular Systems Analysis toolbox not only to Target and Marker discovery. It also finds broad application in pre-clinical and even clinical phases of the drug development process. Examples of scientific problems may include:
- Comprehensive effect profiling in native samples, avoiding compensatory mechanisms
- Mode of action studies
- Human cell lines
- Lead optimisation
- Analysis of non-responder groups in Clinical Phases
- Analysis of side effects in certain patient group
